Cosmic Kath

Kathy helps guide people in their own unique personal expansion journey, remembrance of their higher purpose and embodiment of source connection.

She shares a lifetime of various trainings, activations, and her own soul remembrance, across a wide array of spiritual modalities. She is fulfilling her dharma, in soul-aligned flow, when being in service to the collective. 

Blending eight years of study of ancient ceremonial shamanic practices with various modalities, some of which include:  

  • Trained as a Reiki Master, originally attuned by her Father in Usui lineage  

  • Certified Spinal Energetics Practioner, trained by Dr. Sarah Jane – a blend of 12 modalities

  • Certified NeuroChange Solutions Trainer with Dr. Joe Dispenza

  • Certified Somagetic Practitioner including DeArmouring, Ecstatic Experiences, Somatic Releases

  • Breathwork Facilitator – various trainings, modalities and methods

  • Cold & Heat Exposure Facilitator

  • Trained Psychedelic Guide & Integration Facilitator  

Trainings in Tantra, meditation, quantum healing, energy & abundance activations, manifestation, guided visualization, hypnosis, nervous system regulation, chakra balancing, tuning forks, sound & light language, body talk, women’s embodiment and womb work, men’s work, Akashi records, coaching, channelling and other deep ancient healing techniques.
