Metamorphosis: A Sacred Journey of Clearing, Healing, and Rebirth

We will co-design your session, some components may look like this, but are fully customized based on your unique needs and what resonates for you personally:  

Body, Mind & Space Clearing: I have processes on clearing and ensuring the space is cleared and supported in the highest frequencies of love. I will share some suggestions to help you prepare.  

Tea & Intention: we’ll co-create your session based on your goals. You may bring an intention of a specific emotion, situation, or vibration that you’d like to clear from your energy field.  

Oracle Card Reading: Receive guidance and working with your intention.   

Movement: Practices that we will do together so you are grounded in your body, relaxed and open to receiving the energy.  

Field Clearing: I offer protection and help you connect to your higher self’s guidance and healed ancestors.  

Guided Meditation & Visualization: I guide you into dropping in to the session allowing your body and soul’s innate wisdom to guide our work together.  

Breathwork: I guide you through facilitated breathwork to enhance the flow of oxygen and life force energy throughout the body and mind, brining all what is unconscious into the conscious, integrating experiences, balancing the nervous system, reaching altered states of consciousness and re-patterning your lie.   

Energy Work: I use Reiki and a combination of different modalities in tuning in and connecting. Clearing and opening specific channels to prepare Energy to purify and uplift your system. I also open meridians and energy channels to release any major points of energy stagnation using Somatic Release techniques.  

Body DeArmouring: Trained in Somagetics, I support the release of traumatic or emotional experiences (major or minor) which have not been fully felt, experienced or integrated. Using touch, we will work together to stored energies in your physical, emotional and energetic body, moving through and releasing these somatic and energetic blockages using breath, sound, energy channeling, pressure point touch, shaking and shamanic techniques.   

Sound: If supportive, I use crystal bowls, soothing music that may related to a specific theme we are working with, drumming or other instruments.   

Coaching: Individualized physical, emotional & soul support throughout the session on how to best work with the energy and in alignment with your unique goals in a supportive and honoured way.   

Integration: A long period of relaxation and opportunity to share on the experience, lessons, and insights. I typically combine additional energy transmissions to help your body integrate and anchor in the shifts you have made.
